چکیده
The generation of residual stresses by grinding process on the surface for a soft material results in poor performance and diminished life. In this paper, grinding-induced is addressed an attempt made to relieve these while achieving nano level finish using ball end magnetorheological finishing (BEMRF) process. BEMRF recently developed that effectively used fine figuring polishing variety magnetic non-magnetic materials. our present work we will demonstrate relieving reduction roughness generated after Aluminium 7075 workpiece impact various variables are discussed statistically graphically. Residual surfaces have been measured portable X-ray stress analyzer. Significant parameters affecting during obtained Analysis variance (ANOVA) F-test. It has observed achieved along with aluminium technique.

Performance Evaluation of Improved Ball End Magnetorheological Finishing Process
A novel nanofinishing process using improved ball end magnetorheological (MR) finishing tool was developed for finishing of flat as well as 3D surfaces of ferromagnetic and non ferromagnetic workpieces. In this process a magnetically controlled ball end of smart MR polishing fluid is generated at the tip surface of the tool which is used as a finishing medium and it is guided to follow the surf...

Experimental and theoretical investigation of magnetorheological elastomers with layered mesostructures
Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) is a type of smart material which can vary its shear modulus rapidly, continuously and reversibly, by the external magnetic fi eld. MRE has attracted increasing attention and been widely used in various applications. Generally it has been created by dispersing magnetic fi ller particles in polymer matrices. Most current studies are focusing on the microstructu...

An Experimental Investigation on Surface Roughness and Edge Chipping in Micro Ultrasonic Machining
Surface quality including surface roughness and edge chipping is a key process measure in micro ultrasonic machining (Micro-USM) as an efficient process for micromachining of hard and brittle materials. Process parameters such as ultrasonic vibration amplitude, static load, type of tool material, type and size of abrasive particles and slurry concentration can influence the surface quality. How...
